  25. I never sell used stuff COD.  It adds to the cost of the merchandise and 
  26. if the buyer on the other end changes his mind and refuses payment after 
  27. shipment then the seller is stuck.

  29. I would suggest letting everyone know who it is that is giving you a screwing
  30. and that will take care of that joker.
